Ayurvedic wellness and rejuvenation program -
AyurGram offers wellness and rejuvenation through body-massage, Yoga(Yogic asanas or postures), Pranayama( regulation of breathing) and meditation. This program introduces the guests to synchronized massage (one a day with oil suiting one's skin), herbal steam bath and everyday Yoga, Pranayam and meditation sessions.

Consultation session is provided with the Chief Ayurveda Physician for identifying the individual body constitution. Accommodation is provided as per personal likings. Exclusive Vegetarian Cuisine is provided and on special request cultural programs are also arranged.
